What are your watches made of?

 We employ a standard of quality across the board when it comes to materials and manufacturing. We believe in exceeding expectations, not just meeting them, and we are committed to producing high-quality timepieces better than anyone else.

All of our watches use:

  • Precise Japanese quartz movement
  • Durable, hardened mineral crystal glass
  • Stainless steel or high-quality alloy cases
  • Sport, mesh, or genuine leather bands
  • Machined finishes with an exceptional attention to detail

Are your watches waterproof?

Unless otherwise noted, our watches are designed to be water resistant. You can walk outside in the rain or wash your hands under a tap without fear of damage. We do not recommend exposing our watches to large amounts of water for extended periods of time. 

Do your watches carry any branding or labels?

We've partnered with some of our favorite watchmakers to deliver our high-quality timepieces. Brand labels are sometimes visible on the back casing or face of the watch.

Do you offer warranty on your watches? 

At this time, we do not offer warranty on our watches.

Orders, Shipping, and Returns

My order is not processing. What do I do?

If you receive an error message while placing your order, there could be a problem with the information entered. Double check the billing address used at checkout, and billing information. If the error persists, do not hesitate to reach out for further assistance.

How long do orders take to process?

Processing usually takes 1-4 business days. Contact us for information regarding the status of your order.

How long is my order going to take to arrive?

Free shipping ranges from 1-3 weeks, depending on your location. If you require express shipping, contact us before placing your order to discuss additional options.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

At this time we do not offer tracking. 

Does Watchverse ship internationally?

Yes, Watchverse ships internationally.

Will duties apply when shipping internationally?

Orders received from outside the United States may be subject to duties, depending on your local authorities. Contact us for more information.

Am I able to change, refund, or cancel my order after I place it?

Contact us before the order has shipped to cancel or modify the order. Once the order has shipped, we offer full refunds in the case of manufacturing defects, and full or partial refunds if you're unsatisfied with the quality of the timepiece. Contact us for more information.
